Chartering in the caribbean

No matter where you choose to sail in the Caribbean, you are guaranteed to return home feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to start planning your next Caribbean sailing vacation. The island coast is lined with picturesque white-sand beaches accompanied by peaceful crystal-clear water. This environment is excellent for swimming, scuba-diving, snorkeling and all types of watersports. The Caribbean will exceed your expectations for a sailing vacation.

The Caribbean islands and archipelagos are named specifically: U.S. Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Antilles, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Corn Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Hispaniola (Haiti, Dominican Republic), Isla Margarita, Islas del Cisne, Islas del Rosario, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Martinique, Montserrat, Navassa Island, Puerto Rico, Saba, Saint Barthelemy, St. Martin, San Andrés y Providencia, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis, St . Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago. The Caribbean islands are mostly of volcanic origin, and some of the smaller islands are the remains of coral reefs. The Caribbean is also full of historical landmarks, charming villages and much more. Embarking on a Yacht Charters in the Caribbean, it is possible to explore many of the islands in one charter trip.

Caribbean Climate

The sun shines all year round in the glorious Caribbean, with only the odd scattered shower breaking into the 12 hours of sun a day. Daily temperatures remain consistent all year round, with only 5°C separating the warmest and coolest months of the year. The Caribbean enjoys its dry season between December and May, with refreshing rain showers arriving between June and November. Splendid sailing conditions are ensured by the easterly trade winds that rarely affect this tranquil paradise.

Every element done your way

What's on the menu?

Breakfasts generally consist of fruit platters, cereals, toast/croissants/jams, coffees, teas, juices etc with the option of either a special daily breakfast or breakfasts to order. This really depends on the clients and their preferences/diets etc. Lunches are family style and will generally do a couple of lovely fresh salads, a meat or seafood/fish dish and a pasta/rice/veggie dish for example. All will be served in the middle of the table, with fresh bread, oils and vinegars. Everyone can pick and choose as much as they want, at their own pace with a few glasses of chilled wine.

Cocktails/Aperitifs are usually served on the sundeck/bow at sunset with delicious nibbles if the diet allows! Dinners are generally 3 courses, and consist of a starter, main and dessert all tailored to the requests of the charter guests. Coffee and chocolates follow dinner service, along with Digestifs at the end of the meal. After dinner is cleared and the stewardess has checked that the guests have all they need or set up a bar area if they would like to continue drinking, then she will retire for the evening.

Your personal chef

Fresh seafood and produce from local markets in the Med, combined with the skills of a top chef who knows your tastes. Dining in stunning settings with your favourite people is one of the greatest pleasures of charter. A preferences form is your chance to detail everything you want to eat and drink onboard. Is there a particular type of chocolate or smoked salmon you love? Perhaps you favour french over Italian wines? Chefs will ensure every guest, including those on special food plans, eats something delicious.
